Snapper is a tool for high-sensitive methylation motifs detection based on Oxfrod Nanopore reads.
The Usage section contains the Installation guide and the description of the main Snapper features. In the Usercases section you can find three Snapper usage examples, including few recommendation how to interpret results and manually verify them.
